Yogasanas are purposeful physical postures that cultivate strength, flexibility, stability, and mindful awareness in the body.

In Yogasanas (yoga postures), we move with breath and awareness to strengthen, soften and align the body.
This prepares one for breathwork by loosening the body, opening the chest for smoother breathing, calming the nervous system, and enabling a stable, comfortable sitting posture—creating the ideal foundation for breathwork.

Breath is your most faithful companion, from the first inhalation of life till the final exhalation unto death.

Pranayama prepares one for meditation by calming and refining the mind through regulated breathing. Controlled breath steadies the nervous system, reduces mental agitation, and sharpens focus. As the breath becomes smooth and subtle, attention naturally turns inward, making the mind quiet, clear, and ready to rest in meditation without distraction.

Meditation prepares one for a sound integration by cultivating stillness, receptivity, and heightened inner awareness. Through sustained focus and a quieting of thoughts, meditation relaxes the nervous system and deepens sensory sensitivity. This allows a person to receive sound more fully, not just through hearing, but as subtle vibrations in the body and mind. As a result, the sound experience becomes more immersive, therapeutic, and transformative, with greater potential for insight, relaxation, and emotional release.

Sound has always been my language of connection.
Sound Integration is a restorative closing practice where gentle tones and vibrations help the body and mind absorb the benefits of the asanas, pranayama, and meditation.

As you rest, sound waves support deep relaxation, nervous-system balance, and inner clarity, allowing all the preceding practices to settle fully into the system. It creates a peaceful, cohesive conclusion that leaves you feeling centered, aligned, and integrated.

My name is Eddi, and I’ve created this space in Madrid as a sanctuary for connection, healing, and presence.
As a traveller who has lived and worked all over the world, I know what it feels like to arrive somewhere new, to seek grounding, familiarity and meaningful connection in a place that’s not yet home.

Through Yogasanas, Breathwork, Meditation, and Sound Integration, I offer spaces where we can reconnect not just with ourselves, but with each other.
These sessions are an invitation to anyone in Madrid interested in experiencing yoga in a different way.

The Alignment Hour

This 60-minute class is a guided journey through movement, breath, stillness, and sound, designed to gently align the layers of the self—the panchakoshas. We begin by awakening and energizing the physical body, then shift into practices that balance the breath and calm the mind, with moments of quiet to settle into deeper awareness. The session concludes with restorative sound, allowing the effects of the entire practice to integrate fully. Together, these stages create a harmonious experience that supports clarity, balance, and inner alignment.
